Listening.
What is your business trying to tell you?

Which voice do you hear less in the noise of everyday life?
Three perspectives, no ready-made answers.
Every journey begins with listening. To people, to silences, to the things your work says even when you are not actively communicating.
Before a logo, website or campaign, there is a business to meet. We are interested in the words you use with one another, your audiences’ questions, what moves you and what no longer represents you.
Listening means setting aside the ready-made answer for a moment. Together we look for a meaningful starting point: an intuition left in a drawer, a recurring difficulty, a gap between who you are and what reaches the outside world.
Try changing
perspective.
Choose three people who know your work from different perspectives. Ask each one: “What do you recognise about us, even before what we sell?”. Listen without correcting.
